The college functions under the leadership of the SKC LNCT Group of Colleges, chaired by Smt. Pratibha Chouksey, and founded by Late Shri Suresh Kumar Chouksey. The Governing Body is constituted in line with the norms of the affiliating university, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore.
